Sandcastles by the Sea - Sandcastles by the Sea is located off Folly Field Road and William Hilton Parkway. This is the newest ocean oriented “gated” community on the island. There will be a total of 83 home sites with an average lot size of 33' x 100'. All homes will be subject to an Architectural Review Board with a minimum of 2,800 square feet and a maximum of 3,500 square feet.
