Cross Winds - Think of it as someplace new that seems like someplace old. At least that was what developer Steve Anthony envisioned his when he set out to develop his parcel of 30 or so acres off Marshland Road in 1999. His vision of a distinguished, small-scale community began when he and his company, Legacy Construction, set out to make Crosswinds a reality.
