Malon was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved
to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina after graduating
from the University of Missouri. Rick and his wife
Rami have an 8 year old son named Reese, who attends
the Christian Academy on Hilton Head Island. They
also have an 18 month old daughter named Rylan.
Rick enjoys playing golf with his son Reese and
has been a member of the PGA of America since 1998.
He also enjoys spending time with his family, the
beach, fishing and the Hilton Head lifestyle.

Donnie
Kunich
| Donnie
Kunich is a 26 year Hilton Head Island resident.
He is married to Teresa and they have three children,
Dylan 17, Haleigh 13, and Cooper 7.
He
relocated to Hilton Head from Pittsburgh PA. with
his family who came to the Island in 1983 to open
several restaurant businesses. Donnie graduated
from May River Academy, a private school in Bluffton.
He attended USC on the Hilton Head Campus while
working and running one of the families restaurants.
He
and Teresa married in 1989 and then opened their
own restaurant business on the Island. After having
their first child they sold the business and began
working in the growing real estate industry. Donnie
has extensive training at Del Webb over the past
13 years and his wife Teresa owns a staging business,
Furnished with Style, which helps sellers prepare
their homes for sale.

He
brings 17 years of Real Estate and Construction
knowledge to Town Square Realty.
For the past 13 years he has been a sales executive
for Del Webb's Sun City Hilton Head. He was the
youngest sales executive, at the time ever hired
by Del Webb to sell the homes in a retirement
community. He was voted "rookie of the year"
by his peers and has been a top producer each
year thereafter, finishing in the #1 position
in 2003 and 2004. He was elected to be a "Top
Gun" which Del Webb considered to be their
elite employees.
Donnie
is a South Carolina licensed residential builder
and holds a South Carolina Brokers license. His
knowledge of sales in the Sun City community paired
with his knowledge of the construction of the
homes will benefit any buyer or seller.

Teresa Kunich
|
Teresa
Kunich is a South Carolina native, born in Greenwood,
SC. She has lived on Hilton Head Island for 27 years.
It is hard to talk about Teresa without Donnie being
mentioned more than once. They have been married for
22 years. Donnie, is a 29 year Island resident. They
have three children.
They
have spent over 20 years in various facets of the real
estate industry and bring with them a wealth of knowledge
only gained by hard work and experience. Donnie is a
licensed contractor as well as broker and owner of Town
Square Realty. They have been in the building industry,
and owned rental properties.

Teresa
spent most of her time investing, buying and selling and renting
their properties so she fully understands the ends and outs
of every accept of the Real Estate industry. Donnie has over
14 years of sales and training with Pulte Homes, the largest
homebuilder in the country. Teresa currently owns her own staging
business, Furnished with Style, in which she stages homes for
area realtors and homeowners in order to help get their home
sold quickly as well as furnishing homes that will be used as
rental properties.
The
Kunich's have been in love with Dafuskie Island for as long
as they can remember. Teresa is excited to announce she'll
specialize in Daufuskie Island, coming alongside Bea Wray
who has been a close family friend for 8 years and a permanent,
enthusiastic, Haig Point homeowner. Together with their skills,
talents and enthusiasm they plan to service all of the real
estate needs of Daufuskie Islanders. They will travel and
do seminars to promote Daufuskie and the private island way
of life. The enthusiasm they bring together will definitely
be a fabulous way to promote this very "special"
place. It IS only a matter of time before The Kunich's will
again be Daufuskie property owners.

Duke
| Being
a Savannah native, Dusty Duke is well versed in the Lowcountry
area. She greatly appreciates the glorious nature in the
salt water marshes, rivers, beaches and moss-draped oaks.
Her perfect day would include fishing!
Professionally
and personally, she has always continued her values
of high integrity, hard work, a relaxed attitude, and
treating people as she would like to be treated! And
you’ll probably hear a “yes, m’am”
from her lips!
Dusty
has two beautiful, accomplished children. Her daughter,
Stephanie, is also a Savannahian and owns Halo Modeling
and Talent Group there. Her son, Scott, is a minister.
His wife, Wendy, and their children, Savannah and J.
P., live in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Having
her real estate license in South Carolina, Georgia,
and California, she spent her first two years of her
real estate career selling new homes in Sun City Hilton
Head in 2000-2002. She then spent four years selling
her beloved Savannah. In 2006, she was invited to sell
in the Lake Tahoe, California area. At the end of 2006,
she joined the sales team at Spring Island, just south
of Beaufort, SC, and sold there for three years.

She is truly excited to rejoin her friends, Donnie and Rick,
to begin selling again in Sun City. Now, becoming active and
making more new friends in this area is an immediate goal for
Dusty. Her communities of great expertise include Spring Island,
Callawassie Island and Sun City Hilton Head. These will be her
primary focus, but again, being a native of the area, she will
bring much knowledge and assistance to her clients wherever
they wish to live.

Doug
Brien
Doug
Brien was born and raised in Massachusetts. He attended
the University of Arizona and majored in Business Administration.
He and his wife, Kerrie, and daughter, Brittany, have
lived on Hilton Head since 1994.
Doug has been involved with recreational real estate for
over twenty five years in the United States, Canada and
the Caribbean. He is a part national award winner in owner
relations management. He was a sales executive for Del
Webbs Sun City Hilton Head for five years selling over
one hundred and fifty homes and a top producer in 2003
and 2005. He is currently licenced in Florida, Hawaii
and South Carolina.

Paul Mousseau
Paul
first visited the lowcountry of South Carolina in the
late 1980s and moved to Hilton Head Island full time shortly
thereafter. He and his wife Suzanne have a fourteen year
old son, Josh, who is an Honor Role student at Hilton
Head Christian Academy. He plays both football and soccer
for his school. When not watching one of Josh’s games
Paul can often be found fishing or shrimping with friends
and family on the inshore and offshore waters of the area.
Occasionally he will get in a
round of golf on one of the many challenging courses in
the area.

joining Town Square Realty, Paul was selling developer
real estate on the nearby resort island of Daufuskie,
SC. Prior to that, he had a very successful fifteen year
career as a top sales executive with Marriott International
selling their vacation ownership properties on Hilton

Turpin

Ross
Turpin is a native of the Lowcountry. He was born
and raised in the Bluffton area. He's an avid
offshore fisherman, scuba diver, boater and golfer.
He attended Clemson University and The University
of Utah, graduating with a B.S. degree in Business
Management.
Ross and his wife Shirley have two daughters,
Sydney and Olivia, and two dogs, Daisy and Marley.
His family enjoys taking the boat out and cruising
the rivers or hanging out on the May River sandbar
with friends. Having spent so much time on the
water since childhood is how Ross earned the infamous
"River Rat" designation.
Ross
comes from a long line of builders and started
selling Real Estate in 2003 when he went to work
for Del Webb's Sun City Hilton Head. With $61,394,819
in sales volume, he earned Top Performer status
in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007, he was recruited
